This Sea Ray 370 Sundancer is the exception to the rule for a 1998 power yacht. "Time Out" is in excellent condition from the engines, new in 2010 to the cockpit canvas to the upholstery both down below and in the cockpit. She is ready to start cruising the bay making her new owners proud to be aboard. 

Her cockpit and deck layout is entertaining central, with lots of seating on the starboard side and a sink/cabinet combo across on the port side with a single seating area.

Center line companion way with split seating on either side; helm station with a double seating and across on the port side single seating. 

Heading down below the steps are illuminated with the galley off to the port side, salon seating on the starboard side with an additional seating/table area directly aft for more entertaining space. 

Forward is the owner's stateroom with lots of stowage, hanging lockers, drawers good lighting with an opening hatch and opening ports.

The head is located amid ships on the port side. Fully molded shower with a seat and bi-fold shower doors. Vacu-Flush toilet and vanity with sink and cabinets. Also the head has an opening hatch and an opening port.
