I mentioned to Joe that I was thinking about selling my boat in the spring. Joe said why not sell it now. Thankfully, they recommended I don't rush into something because a little while later they reached out to me when a good opportunity for my family came on the market - a good condition Limestone 24' cuddy cabin. I recently purchased my first boat. I did the research and found a boat offered by Islandside Yacht Sales. I sent an email and Joe Schuito emailed me back within 2 hours. The process started on a Monday, Joe took me out to see the boat on Tuesday, and the P&S was signed on Wednesday. Over the next few days Joe and I had a lot of communication, along with a number of electronic signatures on various documents. On Sunday morning Joe, the owner, and I did a sea trial.
